Deleting My CCB Internet 和 Mobile Banking Access FAQs

  • Deleting your CCB Internet 和 Mobile Banking access means you’ll no longer be able to manage your banking digitally using Internet Banking or the CCB App. You’ll still have access to your funds via CCB Phone Banking 和 by visiting your nearest branch.

  1. Cancel all scheduled 和 recurring payments in Scheduled 和 Past Payments settings, 从转移, 汇款到账户和/或汇款给人

  5. Delete any existing Notifications 和 Alerts if you have any set up
  • If you wish to make a change to your login or accounts, please contact your local CCB branch.
  • If you wish to delete your username 和 password information, you must make a formal request. Please contact your local CCB branch to begin the request process. 
  • 诸如使用历史记录之类的信息, 账户信息, 和 banking activity will be retained by CCB in compliance with regulatory guidelines we are required to follow.

Be deleting your Internet 和 Mobile access, you accept that:

  • Your CCB Internet 和 Mobile Banking profile will be deleted, 和 you’ll no longer be able to sign in using this profile.
  • You’ll no longer be able to schedule payments 和 set up recurring payments within Internet 和 Mobile Banking.
  • If you have any future dated payments or recurring plans, they will continue as instructed unless they are cancelled prior to deleting your Internet 和 Mobile Banking access. Following Internet 和 Mobile Banking deletion, future dated payments can be cancelled by calling us.
  • You’ll no longer have access to lock a card within Internet 和 Mobile Banking.

  • You’ll receive paper statements for accounts linked to your personal banking profile, 而不是通过遗产.
